Friends and Family Referral Program Agreement

1. Introduction

a) This Friends and Family Referral Program Agreement (the “Agreement“) sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may refer friends and family members to the OneMeasure Perks app and earn rewards for successful referrals (the “Referral Program”).

b) Please read the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement carefully. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

c) The Referral Program is being promoted in the UK by Global Wireless Solutions, LTD (a limited liability company having a registered address of The St Botolph Building, 138 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7AR) and in the US by Global Wireless Solutions, Inc. (located at 23475 Rock Haven Way, Suite 165, Dulles, Virginia 20166); collectively they are referred to as the “Company“.

2. Eligibility 

a) To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, you must be aged 18 or over and a current onboarded user of the Company’s OneMeasure Perks app.

b) Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

3. How to Make a Referral

a) To make a referral, you must use the referral link from either: (i) the Company’s OneMeasure Perks app; or (ii) the Company’s Referral Program promotion email (the “Referral Link”).

b) The Referral Link may be shared with friends and family who are not current users of the Company’s OneMeasure Perks app and who are happy to receive a referral link from you.

4. Successful Referrals

a) In order for a referral to be successful, the referred person must:

(i) Meet the eligibility criteria for the OneMeasure Perks app. In particular, they must: (A) be aged 18 or over; (B) reside in the UK (if using the UK Perks app) or the US (if using the US Perks app); (C) provide a valid email address; and (D) have a valid mobile subscription/plan;
(ii) Download and install the Company’s OneMeasure Perks app using the Referral Link;
(iii) Accept the OneMeasure Perks app terms and conditions;
(iv) Answer the OneMeasure Perks app onboarding questions;
(v) Grant the Android permissions requested during the OneMeasure Perks app onboarding process. For example, this may include precise location, phone permission, data usage, accessibility, or other similar permissions.
(vi) After granting the permissions referred to at point (v) above, keep the OneMeasure Perks app running (with those permissions in place) on their mobile device for at least 48 hours; and (B) access the OneMeasure Perks app home screen at least once after this initial 48 hour period has elapsed.

b) The Company will track successful referrals.

c) You cannot refer yourself. No reward will be credited to your account in these circumstances.

d) Where a successful referral is made in relation to a mobile device, no further rewards may be obtained in respect of that mobile device.

5. Rewards

a) For each successful referral that you make in accordance with Clause 4 above, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to £2.00 (if referring from the UK) or $2.00 (if referring from the US).

b) Rewards will be credited to your account within 5 business days of the completion of the successful referral, i.e. once each of the criteria set out at Clause 4(a) has been satisfied.

6. Maximum Number of Referrals

a) The maximum number of referrals you can make is defined in the Perks app. Any referrals above the maximum number will not be eligible for rewards.

7. Program Expiration

a) Subject to Clause 8(b), Perks users will be notified (via the app’s referral transaction screen and/or by other means) when the Referral Program will expire and cease operating. Any referrals made after the expiration date provided in the notification will not be eligible for rewards.

8. Limitations

a) The Company reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or in violation of this Agreement. In such circumstances, no reward will be credited to your account.

b) In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the Referral Program, the Company reserves the right to end or suspend the Referral Program and/or amend the terms of this Agreement.

9. Personal information

a) The Company will use your personal information for the purpose of operating and administering the Referral Program.
